I received the wrong item, how can I return it?Updated 2 years ago

Fittere isn't responsible when customers receive incorrect items because sellers are the ones who shipped out the wrong item. In saying that, please ensure that the item is still closed/sealed and has not been used so you are able to return the item back to the seller either in-store (if they have a physical store) or online through the return portal and your refund will be processed once it has been checked by the seller. 

Please indicate that the item is incorrect on the back of your delivery note and include the note in your parcel when returning it.
