I didn't receive the full order that I purchasedUpdated 2 years ago

Sellers will always try to ship your order right away, however, there may be a logistical issue if you have purchased from more than 2 sellers which can lead to not receiving your full order on the same day as they have been dispatched on 2 different days. You will receive different tracking numbers which can help you track your order if you have purchased from 2 or more different sellers.

Rest assured that the rest of your order is still in transit and will arrive shortly. If it has been more than 5 business days after receiving the first half of your order and you still haven't received the second half, please contact us and we will contact our shipping partners for an update.
