How can I track my order shipment?Updated 2 years ago

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and an order summary. You can track your order here at Track My Order by entering your order number and email or tracking number. 

If you haven't received your tracking number yet, it just means the seller is still processing your order, so you will only receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to be shipped out to you.  We recommend also checking your spam/junk box as the email confirmation can occasionally be sent there.
