Can I change my order details if I change my mind?Updated 2 years ago

Unfortunately, our sellers are quick on processing your order once it has been completed, so they are unable to make any changes to your order if they have prepared your order. 

Sellers also can't change the information details you have completed at checkout as it will be too late once the details are confirmed like payment method, address, or delivery option since all the details have already been sent through to the fulfilment system. 

However, you may be able to cancel your order if you can contact the seller directly if they haven't processed your order, which is usually up to 15 minutes once you have set your order with that particular seller. 

If you have added the wrong details on the checkout page whether it's your payment method, number or address, Fittere is not liable for your mistakes, and you will not be able to cancel,replace or refund your order.
