Can I cancel my order?Updated 2 years ago

Unfortunately, due to the fast turnaround, once you've placed an order and it has been packed, sellers are unable to cancel your order. You are able to contact the seller on their profile page or contact their store directly before they pack your order if it is within 15 minutes after completing your purchase and see if they're able to assist you. Fittere can't make any guarantees on the outcome of this process if the seller is unable to cancel your order. 

If you have added the wrong details on the checkout page whether it's your name, number or address, Fittere is not liable for your mistakes, and you will not be able to cancel, replace or refund your order.
