Where is my shipment?Updated 2 years ago

We are constantly in touch with our delivery partners to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery date that is set for you once you purchase your order. However, there are a few orders that do not meet these ETAs for various reasons like logistics issues, natural disasters, customs or busy periods. While this is not ideal, there is no need to be concerned about a late delivery; simply keep an eye on your tracking status and contact the carrier for updates on the delivery if it's been over 5 business days.
