I forgot my FIT-Account password, what should I do?Updated 2 years ago

If you've forgotten your password, it's really simple to get back into your FIT-Account.

Step 1

Visit our login page to reset your password.

Step 2

Enter your Email in the required space and click on the 'Forgot Password?' link.

Step 3

We'll then email you a link directly to your registered email address to reset your password.

Can't find the email?

We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the email. Make sure to also check the inbox of any other email address that may be linked to your FIT-Account.
